Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and exchange options:

   - Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
   - Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Defective Products:
   - If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
   - We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

3. Non-Defective Products:
   - You may return non-defective products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
   - Shipping costs for non-defective product returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exchanges:
   - Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
   - If the desired size or color is not available, we will issue a refund.
